Triple Storey Villa Architectural Floor Plans Rendering with BIM Files

I’m ready to commission a complete architectural package for a high-end 5400 plus square Meters triple storey with Basement , Ground and First Floor villa conceived as a contemporary glass-and-marble showpiece. Every drawing, model, and schedule must be delivered as coordinated BIM files so that my consultants and contractors can move straight into documentation and construction.
The scope covers the entire property, inside and out, with special attention to creating a seamless, light-filled interior that celebrates glass and polished stone finishes. Revit (or an interoperable BIM platform) is required for native models; AutoCAD, Navisworks, and IFC exports should be included.
Deliverables (each to be issued as its own milestone Revit file, PDF set, and DWG/IFC export):
1. Site plan with zoning setbacks, contours, and hard-scape layout
2. Fully dimensioned floor plans for every level
3. All exterior elevations
4. Building sections and sectional elevations
5. RCC structural information coordinated with architectural intent
6. Electrical/lighting layouts and load schedules
7. Plumbing and sanitary schematics
8. HVAC ducting plans with equipment schedules
9. 3D exterior model with four rendered perspectives (day & night)
10. Full 3D interior model with photorealistic renders of key spaces
11. 3D colored floor-plan presentation
12. Consolidated, clash-free BIM file set (Revit + IFC)
Acceptance criteria
• All sheets use a consistent graphic standard and scale.
• Models pass clash detection in Navisworks.
• Renderings are minimum 4K resolution with realistic materials, lighting, and entourage.
• Each milestone is reviewed and signed off before proceeding to the next.
