Traditional Architectural 3D Rendering

I have architectural drawings for a house and now need a polished 3-dimensional visualization of its street-facing elevation. The look I’m after is something similar to the inspirational photo that is also attached. You’ll be working from my PDF plans to produce a realistic, fully lit rendering that conveys grain, texture and the subtleties of shadow.

I’d like the rendering to be of the front exterior only with the house angled showing some of the right side elevation. It should use the same color palette and materials as the inspiration (white siding and trim, black doors/windows, silver metal roof, etc.). There should be a blue sky with similar reflection in the window glass. The plantings and grass should also be like the inspirational photo, something that would reflect the southern coastline of the United States. There should be warmth, contrast, and crispness to detail in the overall rendering.

Feel free to use whichever pipeline you’re fastest in as long as the final images arrive in high-resolution PNG or JPG with an editable source file. Turnaround should be within two weeks; accuracy to the provided dimensions and faithful representation of traditional detailing are the acceptance criteria.
