Rustic Restaurant Architecture Design

Job ID: 40009604

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m transforming an empty commercial space into a welcoming restaurant and need an architect who can translate a rustic concept into an efficient, code-compliant layout.

What I need
• A full set of architectural drawings: floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, and basic elevations showing the rustic material palette (wood, stone, iron accents).
• Furniture layout optimized for guest flow, service efficiency, and local occupancy regulations.
• A mood board or two concept renderings that convey the overall look—exposed beams, warm textures, subdued lighting.
• Specification of key finishes and fixtures so I can source materials locally.

Key points
• It is strictly a restaurant project, not retail or office.
• The rustic style is non-negotiable; think cozy countryside rather than modern industrial.
• Files should be delivered in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG or similar) for my contractor.

If you have restaurant experience and can balance ambiance with practical kitchen and service areas, let’s discuss timelines and any site information you need to get started.
