I’m transforming an empty commercial space into a welcoming restaurant and need an architect who can translate a rustic concept into an efficient, code-compliant layout.
What I need
• A full set of architectural drawings: floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, and basic elevations showing the rustic material palette (wood, stone, iron accents).
• Furniture layout optimized for guest flow, service efficiency, and local occupancy regulations.
• A mood board or two concept renderings that convey the overall look—exposed beams, warm textures, subdued lighting.
• Specification of key finishes and fixtures so I can source materials locally.
