Revit Slope-Adaptive House Design and engineering
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I already have a complete metric set of house drawings (all notes in Russian) and a detailed 3-D topographic model of a steep site. Now I need the building re-positioned and refined in Revit so it sits naturally on the incline while making the most of the panorama and daylight.
The key design driver is to optimise views and natural light, especially in the living room. I’d like that space re-worked with generous floor-to-ceiling glazing or wide sliding doors plus an extended balcony/deck that projects toward the main outlook. Everything else should stay as close as practical to the original architecture—only the parts dictated by the slope or the new façade treatment should change.
Please base all work in Revit. When you’re done I will need:
• The updated .rvt model with the site correctly registered and foundations, floor levels, and any retaining elements resolved
• A coordinated 2-D construction set (plans, elevations, sections, and structural/details) in metric, ready for permit submission and contractor pricing
