Revit Plans & HCB Takeoff

Job ID: 40435667

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a set of hand-sketched drawings that need to be translated into a clean Revit model and sheet set. The finished drawings must respect an eco-friendly architectural approach, so please weave sustainable-design notes, material tags, and passive-layout considerations into the documentation. While PDF sheets are fine for interim reviews, the native Revit file is the non-negotiable deliverable.

In parallel, I need a quantity takeoff focused only on the Hollow Concrete Block (HCB) work. Feel free to extract the data straight from the Revit model or use your own estimating tool, but deliver the results in an editable spreadsheet that lists unit counts, volumes, and the assumptions behind them.

The third item is a reusable weekly progress-report template—Word or Excel is fine—that captures site metrics, weather impacts, labour and equipment logs, and space for annotated photos. Keep the layout clean so I can easily drop my logo in.

Deliverables
• Revit model and PDF sheet set
• HCB work quantity takeoff spreadsheet
• Weekly progress-report template

Acceptance criteria
– Model aligns with my sketches within ±10 mm
– Eco-friendly details called out on relevant sheets
– HCB quantities traceable to model elements
– Report template opens without compatibility issues
