I need exterior 3D renderings of a small residential home for a bank appraisal and construction loan. The goal is to show accurate proportions, exterior finishes, porches, and roof design — not landscaping, cinematic effects, or extreme photo-realism.

Input provided: A full specification document with dimensions, wall thicknesses, window and door sizes, roof slab design, porch/walkway extensions, and style notes (stucco finish, Spanish-style canopy, rounded corners). All measurements are in written form; no scans or 2D drawings are required.
