Residential Exterior AutoCAD Model -- 2

I already have the 2D DWG plans, elevations, and a basic site layout for a new single-family home; what I still need is a precise 3D exterior model built in AutoCAD (or a workflow that keeps the final geometry 100 % compatible with AutoCAD 2021). This is strictly an architectural task—no product or mechanical elements—focused on delivering a detailed exterior that shows every roof pitch, balcony, window trim, cladding change, and gutter line exactly as drawn.

Scope of work
• Build the full exterior massing to scale from my DWGs
• Add surface details: wall finishes, window/door frames, roof tiles, soffits, downspouts, and front-porch columns
• Model basic site context (driveway, ground plane, retaining wall) so the house sits correctly on grade
• Apply logical layers and clean naming so I can edit materials later

Deliverables
1. Native AutoCAD .dwg of the 3D model, organized by layer
2. One interchange file (.fbx or .obj) for downstream rendering
3. A folder of 4–5 still renders (minimum 3000 px wide) showing front, rear, two side elevations, and a 45° hero shot

Acceptance criteria
• All primary dimensions match the supplied plans within ±5 mm
• No stray lines, open surfaces, or non-manifold geometry
• File opens error-free in AutoCAD 2021
