Queen Anne Cabinet

I have learned that a proficient user of Sketch-Up software can import a photograph of a piece of furniture and turn it into working drawings allowing someone else to actually build a recreation of the piece. I'm looking to retain someone who can do that for me. The piece I want to build is Queen Anne china cabinet/hutch.
