Planning Drawings — Commercial Unit Conversion to Ground Floor Flat, SE23

I need architectural drawings for a prior approval planning application (Class MA, commercial to residential) at a ground floor unit in Forest Hill, London SE23.

Background
A prior approval was previously granted for this unit. We are submitting a fresh application. I will provide the following as reference material:

Current as-built layout drawings produced by the unit's fit-out as a commercial unit (showing the existing internal arrangement)

Previous approved planning drawings for reference

IMPORTANT: All drawings must be your own original work. Reference material is provided for layout and dimensional context only. You will be required to produce all drawings independently from scratch, using the reference material solely to inform dimensions and layout.

You will be required to provide links to UK planning portal applications where your drawings have been used as part of similar projects.
What's needed

Production of the following drawings (all A3, PDF and DWG):

Site location plan (1:1250)
Block plan (1:500)
Existing ground floor plan (1:50) — based on current as-built drawings provided
Proposed ground floor plan (1:50) — one-bedroom self-contained flat, approximately 57.7 m²
Section drawing (1:50)
Front elevation — existing and proposed (1:100)
Rear elevation — existing and proposed (1:100)
Refuse storage plan
Cycle storage plan

Requirements

Demonstrated experience producing UK planning drawings
Familiar with permitted development or prior approval applications
Drawings must be suitable for submission to the London Borough of Lewisham Planning Portal

Timeline
Drawings required within 10 working days of instruction.
