Philippines Archicad Construction Documentation
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I already have a schematic Archicad model for a single-family home and now need it turned into a permit-ready construction set. Because the house will be built locally, I’m specifically looking for someone based in the Philippines who understands our drawing conventions, materials, and code references.
You’ll continue working in Archicad—no platform hopping—refining my existing file and producing clear, coordinated sheets. Expect to clean up layers, apply the right pensets, and make sure the output plots legibly on A3/A1 pages. We’ll review milestones over Zoom; English is fine, Tagalog even better.
Deliverables
• Updated Archicad (.pln) file
• Print-ready PDF set (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, key details)
• DWG exports requested by our engineer
The package should be complete enough for a local architect to sign and lodge for permit without red-lining basic dimensions or annotations. If you have sample sheets from previous single-family projects, include one with your bid. I’m ready to get started this week and respond quickly to keep momentum.
