Nautical Style Bunk Bed Design

I'm seeking a designer who can create an original design for built-in wooden bunkbeds with a nautical flair. The beds should be made entirely of wood and have a painted finish. The ideal freelancer for this job should have a strong background in furniture design. Experience with nautical-themed designs would be a major plus. The design should be one XL twin bed over a FULL bed and a loft space with a toddler bed. The space will house both adults and children and should designed accordingly.

Key requirements:
- Create a design with plans that can built/constructed for built-in wooden bunkbeds
- Incorporate a nautical style into the design
- Specify the design for a painted wood finish
- Deliver detailed, professional-grade design plans w/ a list of items to buy
- Prior experience with furniture design is highly desirable
- Nautical-themed design experience is a significant advantage

Notes: I have very specific ideas in mind but need the plans to give the builder. I have a very tight budget for both the design and the buildout.

I am NOT interested in just a conceptual design. It MUST include a how to build for experienced contractors with a supply list. It must be drawn to scale. See all attached images. Note the space is upstairs and is labeled PRIMARY on the plans.
