Modern Pool Shed CAD Design

I need a full architectural CAD package, complete with a 3-D model, for a 5,500 sq ft mild-steel shed that will cover a guitar-shaped swimming pool. The structure’s sole purpose is to protect the pool, so the design must follow the pool’s outline closely while preserving open sight-lines and good airflow.

Style & material brief
• A modern, sleek aesthetic—clean planes and minimal visual clutter.
• Primary framing and secondary members in MS (mild steel); please stay consistent with standard fabrication practices for this material.

What I expect to receive
1. Dimensioned architectural plans (PDF + .dwg) showing columns, rafters, bracing and anchoring points.
2. A detailed 3-D model (preferably in Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks; I’m flexible) that visualises cladding, fascia treatments and any translucent panels for daylight.
3. Fabrication drawings with plate sizes, cut lengths and connection details ready for workshop use.
4. A concise bill of materials, listing all steel profiles and estimated tonnage.

I will sign off once the model fits the pool footprint accurately, steel member sizing is realistic, and all drawings are clear enough for my fabrication team to start production without re-work.
