Modern Entrance Façade Rendering

I have a concrete tilt-wall manufacturing facility in Houston and I need a high-quality rendering of a new entrance façade as soon as possible. The look is decidedly modern, with a strong emphasis on glass and metal detailing that contrasts the existing concrete shell. I already have a set of reference images—materials, color palette, and a few sketches—that I will share immediately so you can align the concept without starting from scratch.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A 3D model of the façade (SketchUp, Revit, or similar—whatever you prefer as long as I get an exportable file).
• One photorealistic still rendering showing daytime lighting and contextual shadows.
• A second view or close-up that highlights the glass-metal interface and canopy detail.

Turnaround is critical; the first draft image should reach me within 48 hours so I can review with the plant managers, and the final polished visuals no later than two days after feedback. I’ll supply site photos, dimensions, and all reference material in a shared drive right after project kickoff.
