I’m ready to move forward with detailed 3D elevations for two upcoming builds—a multi-unit apartment block and a private villa. Both projects share the same brief: modern styling throughout, expressed with calm neutral tones. I need exterior façades that feel timeless and interiors that balance sleek lines with comfortable warmth. Speed matters; I’d like first visuals as soon as realistically possible.
You’ll receive my architectural drawings, reference photos, and any room-by-room notes the moment we start. From there I’m expecting photorealistic renders that capture daylight and evening moods, along with any native working files so I can request tweaks in-house later. Software choice is up to you—whether you prefer 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, Blender, or a similar pipeline, I just need results that translate well for client presentations and marketing brochures.
Key deliverables
• Exterior elevations for both the apartment and the villa, rendered in at least two lighting setups each
• Full interior elevation sets for all primary rooms (lobby, living, kitchen, bedrooms, baths) matching the agreed modern theme
• Source project files and textures, organised and labeled for easy edits
• Two rounds of minor revisions included so we can nail the final look quickly
