Indoor architecture renders of an apartment

Job ID: 33971232

Budget: €75 – €100 EUR

This is a non comericial project for my friend but I would like to include some renders.
This renovation project consists of a three-story house (ground + first + attic) in which ground floor will remain unchanged, the first floor will become for living rooms and the attic will have sleeping rooms. I think that the biggest value is the representation of spacious living rooms so I would like to have renders of only middle floor - I was thinking of one in living room, one in dining room, and one by the stairs + kitchen.
I am not fixly restricted with my design so if you have any recommendations regarding furniture, materiality, lighting and so on I am open to discuss. I'm designing in Archicad so I can give you a (pln, pla, obj, 3ds, ...) model for you to use as a base in which you can add decoration and further additions.
I'm attaching a rough moodboard of a design I find attractive - I would sum it up as modern European minimalistic.
LIGHTING - I was thinking of combining two artificial lights - having spotlights on path where you walk and there an additional (probably hanging) light where there is needed (above dining table, above kithen island, etc.).
MATERIALITY - For flooring, I am combining ceramic tiles and wood (parquet) - as seen from pictures and floorplan). I am not tied up to any specific type/color so choose as you wish.
Walls are all considered plastered and white.
The kitchen details, color and finishing have not been specified so do what you think fits.
FURNITURE - You can change furniture (chairs, table, sofa, office shelves…) so it will fit in the style you are looking for.
SPECIALITY - For the stairs, I would preserve the steel structure but paint it dark and then put wooden planks (same wood as floor parquet) on it. For the stair railing, I imagined a steel bars that would go vertically in the centerline.
How much would you charge for making these 3-4 renders? Let me know if you are interested and if you perhaps have any questions.
