Hyperrealistic Five Story Apartment Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a set of hyper-realistic exterior renderings that clearly illustrate a new five-story apartment building placed between two existing structures (one two-story, one three-story). I will provide a recent topo survey that captures both horizontal dimensions and spot elevations for the lot and the neighboring buildings, so you can model the context with confidence.
Scope of the model
• The new building: five residential floors above a two-level garage. Please show calculated square footage for each apartment floor and for both parking levels directly on the images.
• The existing west building must connect to the upper parking level; the existing east building to the lower level. Ramps, drive aisles and any grade transitions need to look believable against the topo data.
• Landscape areas, walkways and drive entries should read as functional and low-maintenance—think durable hardscape, compact planting beds and clear pedestrian paths. I do not need an elaborate garden design, just something that supports the overall realism.
• Context: include the neighboring buildings and immediate street front so the massing feels grounded in its surroundings.
Views required
– One aerial (top-down) view that clearly shows both garage levels, driveway layout, walkways and landscaped strips.
– Additional perspective views are welcome if they help sell the design, but the aerial is the key deliverable.
File formats & delivery
I am comfortable with SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, or similar real-time engines—as long as the final output is delivered as high-resolution JPG/PNG plus the editable source file. Label floor and parking areas in a clean overlay; fonts must remain legible at 3000 px wide.
Acceptance criteria
1. Building and grade lines match the supplied topo within ±2 in.
2. Square footage callouts correspond to the stacked-plan schedule I will supply.
3. Lighting, materials and vegetation read as photo-real under daylight.
4. Final images free of watermarks and ready for client presentation.
Turnaround: please outline a realistic timeline along with two review checkpoints—one after base modeling and one after material/lighting pass—so we can lock geometry before you polish.
