Exterior Architectural Rendering for Presentation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a high-quality exterior architectural rendering for a client presentation. This is to help visualize the project and secure client approval.
Requirements:
- Translate my paper drawings into digital format
- Create a realistic and detailed exterior rendering
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural rendering software
- Experience with paper-to-digital conversion of architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail and realism in renderings
- Prior experience in creating presentations for client approval
The rendering is for a proposed guard shed that is small and has a 6' x 8' footprint.
The render needs the background of the school gate.
The building has a shed roof and slants back toward the gate. The roof will be metal with a color the same as the gate in the background
The building will have siding to match a picture sent.
Three windows. On each of the long sides the windows are sliding with a 2" gray trim. 4' x 6'
The door is on the front and has a glass window on the upper half. 32" x 81"
On the rear there is a small 3' x 3' window ( this doesn't need to show as the aspect will be from the front facing the gate picture included.
We want two round planters approx 2' diameter 2' tall in front on each corner.
