Duplex Construction 3D Renderings Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a clean, construction-ready 3-D model of a duplex that will sit on my lot. The goal is practical planning, so I’m after accurate massing, roof lines, window and door placement, and the way the building meets the site rather than photorealistic finishes.
I prefer a traditional look overall, but I’d like to see two or three architectural variations that still respect that style—think shifts in roof pitch, porch treatment, or façade symmetry—so I can compare how each option fits municipal setbacks and the driveway layout.
You’re free to build in SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or any other mainstream BIM/CAD tool, as long as you deliver:
• The native, editable model file
• Exported OBJ or FBX for quick viewing
• A handful of high-resolution perspective images that make the massing and setbacks clear
The model must read true to scale and be ready for my engineer to drop utilities into later, but no mechanical or electrical detailing is required at this stage. If you’ve handled similar construction-oriented studies before, I’d love to see a sample so I can award quickly and get you the site plan.
