Detailed 3D Site Plan
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a fully modelled 3D architectural site plan built in AutoCAD that my team can use for ongoing planning and development decisions. The model must go beyond a simple massing study; every building façade, landscape feature, roadway, hardscape, and service area should carry realistic textures and accurate materials so we can assess both aesthetics and constructability. Placement of Suds, parking and access must be shown.
Your AutoCAD workflow can incorporate Civil 3D, Plant 3D, or even external render engines—just be sure the final deliverable remains a clean, well-layered DWG alongside any linked material libraries. I will also need two to three high-resolution still renders that clearly show the overall site and one or two close-ups for internal presentations.
Deliverables
• Native AutoCAD (.dwg) file with organised layers
• Associated texture/material files or paths
• 2–3 high-resolution rendered images (JPEG/PNG)
I will share the current 2D drawings, zoning data, and reference photos once we start. Accuracy to those documents is essential; please keep tolerances tight so that future engineering work can proceed without re-modeling. If you have recent examples of similarly detailed site plans, feel free to mention them when you respond.
