Detailed College CAD Model
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing an architectural submission for a new college building and I need a single, fully-worked CAD model that I can drop straight into our presentation set. The file must show complete architectural detail—structure, façade treatments, circulation, services cores and interior fit-out—right down to furniture and equipment placement.
Please make sure the model covers all of the following zones:
• 1. External Site Development Plan, including detail sections thorough pavement, roads, boundary Wall and Gate and guard room details. Drainage and sewage Layout with invert levels.
2. Column Layout Plan showing Grids with centre line dimensions and setting out of buildings.
3. All level framing Plan, Including foundation Plan.
4. All floor Architectural plans with all grid dimensions, openings location with dimensions , Space number marking showing Finshing and Finishes schedule as discussed in class. Including schedule of openings.
5. Terrace Plan showing mumty, Lift machine rooms, slopes of roof drainage, parapits, Top of structural slab levels.
6. External Wall sections through openings, entrance, and toilets.
The drawing has to be accurate enough for scale checks and quantity take-offs, so keep dimensions, levels and annotations clean and consistent. If you rely on external blocks or textures, bundle them so nothing breaks when I relocate the file.
I’ll review the model for completeness, layer discipline and furnishing accuracy; once it passes that check, the project is done.
