Detailed Business Space Floorplans

I have digital copies of our existing drawings and need them redrafted into a clean, accurate set of architectural floorplans. The plans must show every room, workstation, and built-in feature at true scale, with furniture and fixtures clearly indicated so the document can double as a fit-out reference.

Please capture exact wall lengths and thicknesses and place dimension strings where they make the most sense for easy reading. Room labels, circulation paths, and realistic furniture symbols are essential. Line weights, layers, and annotation styles should stay consistent throughout the set to ensure the drawings print crisply at A1 as well as display clearly onscreen.

I’m happy to receive the finished work in an editable CAD format (DWG, RVT, or similar) along with a print-ready PDF. If you’re comfortable with contacting the City of Flint and discussing with city inspectors, I’d like to hear how soon you can turn this around.
