Courtyard Renovation Project

We are seeking an experienced architect to help transform our 10x18 meter courtyard into a beautifully designed and functional space.
The project involves producing comprehensive technical details and designs for the courtyard renovation.
The general design should be a mix of steampunk, vintage, industrial and natural styles.
Project Scope:
1. Technical Drawings and Designs:
- Create detailed 2D renderings of the courtyard.
- Provide technical drawings for construction and installation.
- Design and dimension the entire courtyard, including key furniture elements.
2. Specification of Raw Materials:
- List essential raw materials with detailed specifications.
Attachments:
1. PDF Document: Detailed overview of the project requirements, including layout and structures.
2. Image: Visual bird's view representation of the desired courtyard layout.
3. Video: One-minute video recording of the courtyard in its current state:
