Coquina Isle Enttrace Wall

I need a rendering done for a redo of my community’s front entrance wall. You will see a picture attached of the current wall. The picture says “Coquina Isle”. We want to take the top piece off and make a flat cap across the entire width of the wall. Attached you will see a picture called “isometric View” This view has all the dimension including the height, width, and depth of the wall. In the picture marked “FramingPlan Assembly” you will see what looks like Rick which is actually “StackedStone” . The rendering in this area should include a light beige stacked stone. The top cap should be a dark beige and the side posts should be in a medium beige color. In the Coquina picture you will see landscaping which should be included in the rendering. There should be a green hedge about 18” high and then In front of the hedge there should be planting of flowers preferably white or purple.

I have also attached a picture of a wall called “Grand Bay” this is just to give an idea of what we want to see on the rendering
There is also a copy of a “ Base Elevation plan”. Which will be of help

I need to know the cost of doing the rendering done in either 3D or Photoshop Alao how quickly we can get the rendering
