Waco Rendering
- Make it color with landscape color. Site plan needs to be colored with 2D rendering with trees and all things to make it look presentable
- 8 units on each pad
- use the dad’s email to make it look like the floor plan we have, without copying it as the reference pictures are from the web
- We don’t want west elevation. East and west elevation will look almost the same
- Floor plan has single door - change it to double door as it shows in the elevation.
- 1st floor (ground floor) needs to have a single door in the back to have access to the patio
- Remove the mark “M” on the first floor and put the powder bathroom over where the M is and reverse the powder bathroom orientation
- 2 & 3 rd floor to have double door on both East Side and West side elevation (5 ft double door). Note - West side to be replaced with East side look with the exception that the first floor (ground floor) will have single door to have patio access.
- Remove the side lights from 2nd floor as shows on the East elevation. Result will have both 2nd floor door looking like 3rd floor door.
- Make sure the alternating pattern on the roof on both East and West side elevation doesn’t look the same the picture, instead create a new roof structure.
- Make sure to show 8 units on the elevation as opposed to 3 units on the elevation plan
- Both North and South elevation have a window in the front on each floor (total 1 windows on each floor on FRONT of North and south side) so make sure we have 1 window on the BACK side of north and south side on each floor as OPPOSED to ONLY ONE window in the Middle side on the 3rd floor. Also this middle window will need to be moved to the back side of the property to the edge as how it is super close to the edge in the front.
- You can keep some dimensions if needed, just make sure we do not copy the dimension too much.
- Make sure there is a Window in the kitchen.
