I will send you the base site plan PDF and need it translated into a polished, traditionally styled illustration. The final drawing should read like an architect’s presentation board—balanced colors, tasteful textures, and clear, legible labels that guide the viewer’s eye.
Scope of the illustration
• Highlight every building and tenant space, calling out footprints and names where available.
• Delineate the drive-thru lanes, parking stalls, and traffic flow arrows so circulation is instantly obvious.
• Showcase outdoor amenities—dog park, yard areas, small stage, disc-golf holes—giving each an inviting yet authentic look.
• Render landscaping at an intermediate level of detail: individual signature trees and planting clusters where they matter, supported by textured groundcovers for the rest. Please include an estimated canopy overlay to communicate tree coverage.
• Finish roads, sidewalks, and pedestrian paths with subtle hatches or patterns that fit a classic presentation style.
File expectations
1. Print-ready board in high-resolution PDF plus a PNG or JPEG for quick reviews (minimum 300 dpi at full size).
2. An editable, layered file—AI, PSD, or a comparable format—so future tweaks remain painless.
