Architect for NYC Co-Op Apt Renovation
Budget: $40 – $80 USD
The following is the scope of services requested:
- Inventory: Visit site to document existing condition measurements
- Design Development: Prepare drawings similar to client’s initial sketch and within the constraints of the NYC Building Code
- Building Submission: Prepare appropriate drawings to obtain approval from the Building Board and its agents
- Department of Buildings (DOB) Submission: Prepare drawings to obtain approval from the NYC DOB (General construction and plumbing drawings only)
- Inspections and sign off: Conduct required inspection including but not limited to, fire stopping, lighting controls, lighting elements and final.
