Architectural Plans & Renderings For Wood Office/Studio

Job ID: 39999091

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

1. Project Overview

This project requires architectural plans and visual renderings for a two-module, L-shaped elevated structure consisting of:
Module A – Studio (Deck A)
Module B – Office (Deck B)

The two decks are offset vertically, forming an interior L-configuration.

The goal is to produce clean, build-ready framing plans and connection details, with a single-plane metal roof covering both structures (if possible) and no interior joists interrupting the interior spaces. All framing is wood 2x4, unless other dimensions required for headers.

2. Known Dimensions & Heights

Deck Elevation
• Deck B (Office): 14¼”
• Deck A (Studio): 0”

Wall Heights
Office: 7’6” at low end
Studio: 8’ 8” at low end

Office (Module B) Wall Lengths
• B1 / B4 : 9’ 6”
• B2 / B3 : 10’ 10¾”

Studio (Module A) wall lengths
• A1 / A4 : 8’ 4”
• A2 / A3 : 14’ 10¼”

Openings
A1 : 24” Picture Window
A2 : 36” door
A3 : 48” or 60” picture window
B1 : 36” door + 24” Window.
 * Mini Split AC will be above the window so needs added structural strength.
B3 : 60” window
B4 : 30” door to Studio
