Architectural Model for Construction Planning

I need a clean, accurate 3D architectural model that focuses on the building’s core structure and overall layout. This model will guide our construction planning team, so clarity of volumes, floor-to-floor heights, wall placements, window and door openings, stair cores, and roof form is far more important than ornamental detail. No furniture, fixtures, or high-resolution textures are necessary—just a well-organized, well-layered file that contractors can reference quickly.

You may work in Revit, SketchUp, Archicad, or another BIM-capable tool as long as the final file can be exported to both IFC and DWG without geometry issues. A lightweight FBX or OBJ would be helpful for quick visualization.

Deliverables
• Native working file with layers/groups logically named
• IFC + DWG exports, clean and aligned to real-world units
• One set of PNG or JPG screenshots that illustrate each floor and the main elevations
