Architectural Floor Plan & Front Elevation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking a skilled architect to create a detailed floor plan, working drawings and elevation drawing for my project.
Requirements:
- Floor Plan: Accurate and comprehensive layout of the building.
- Elevation: Detailed drawing including materials and textures.Front and sides.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in architectural design software.
- Experience with detailed elevation drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Plot size is 48 ft wide(road facing), 53 ft deep. Min 3 ft margin on sides and rear to allow for two wheeler passing.
Ground floor to have at least 1 two wheeler parking per unit, 4 four wheeler parkings.
Upper floors to have 8 single room studios per floor, with pantry area, attached bath, balcony projection, loft sleeping area. The building should be planned for four upper floors, terrace community space. Rooms intended for working singles.
Please provide samples of previous work. A presentation with a sample design would help
