Architectural Drawings for additional floor

Want an architectural drawings for an additional floor of existing house to be in a modern architectural character and comfortable for a family of 6 persons, preferably containing a main master room for the parents and other master rooms for the rest of the family members with a living room, foyer “open to outside with the possibility of closing it”, kitchen, laundry, housemaid room, elevator, etc….
CAD files to be provided for all drawings (floor plan, electricity & plumbing, drainage, elevation, etc…) – the attached PDF file showing the existing first floor plan.
