Architectural Drawings to Construction-Ready Revit
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have a full set of architectural drawings that need to be converted into Revit as a construction-ready model. Every wall, door, window, roof element and annotation must come across cleanly and behave as a native, fully-parametric Revit object—not just imported lines. The model has to track local building codes for dimensions, egress, accessibility and material call-outs, so all families and schedules must reflect those requirements.
Key deliverables:
• Native .rvt file suitable for construction documentation
• All views, sheets, schedules and parametric families required to print a permit set
• File organised with proper worksets, naming conventions and browser organisation for easy coordination
Before sign-off the model will be opened in Revit to verify: accuracy to the supplied drawings, code compliance objects in place, no missing or duplicate geometry, and clean warnings.
