We are seeking a professional architectural design for a residential building on an irregular quadrilateral plot. The design should include:
Full architectural drawings.
Interior space planning and layout.
Structural column distribution integrated within the layout to save space.
Careful planning for ventilation and natural light, especially along the east and west sides attached to neighboring buildings.
Plot Details:
Shape: Irregular quadrilateral.
North (Frontage): 8.00 m (facing a 6 m wide street).
South: Split into two lines meeting at a point (triangular shape):
• East side: 5.00 m
• West side: 3.00 m (facing a 1 m wide street)
East side: 8.56 m (attached to neighbor).
West side: 7.45 m (attached to neighbor).
Access from both north (6 m street) and south (1 m street).
