Architectural Design for Residential Home - Punjab
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Design a complete architectural floor plan and elevation drawings for a two-portion residential house on a limited construction area (1 kanal covered) inside a 4-kanal plot in Chiniot, Punjab, Pakistan.
Layout Requirements:
The house must have a central double-height entrance hall with a double-height main door.
On the left and right sides of the entrance hall, create two independent portions (Portion A and Portion B).
Each portion must have two floors (Ground + First Floor).
Each floor in each portion must include:
Kitchen
2 Bedrooms
2 Other Rooms (can be multipurpose)
Hall
Drawing Room
First floor should be accessible both internally and via the main central hall.
At the end of the central hall, add two rooms:
One as a Drawing/Dining Room (or eating area)
One as a Prayer Room
Architectural Style:
Blend modern architecture with traditional Punjabi elements.
Symmetrical façade inspired by a classical mansion (with columns, balcony railings, and decorative mouldings), but adapted to your design needs.
