Architectural 3D Concept for Home Exterior Upgrade
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Architectural Rendering & Concept Design for Attached Garage & Exterior Upgrades
I am looking for an experienced architectural designer or 3D rendering specialist to create a conceptual rendering of exterior modifications to a property in Alberta (Canada).
I will provide:
Photos of the existing house
The Real Property Report (RPR) with lot sizes and measurements
Scope of Work:
Design and rendering of a sideways-facing attached two-vehicle garage
Incorporate removal of the existing greenhouse structure, replacing it with either a finished room or a covered patio (your creative input is welcome)
Design of front-facing wide concrete stairs for the entrance
Integration of a sideways driveway leading to the new garage
Some basic landscaping rendering to tie the project together visually
Deliverables:
At least 2–3 concept renderings (street view and angled perspectives)
Suggestions and visualizations for both options (room vs. covered patio)
Final files in high-resolution image format (JPEG/PNG; CAD files optional if available)
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential architectural visualization
Ability to provide creative design ideas that complement the existing house
Familiarity with Alberta/Canadian residential design standards is a plus
