Architectural Concept Design

I’m at the very first stage of an architectural project and need expert guidance turning loose ideas into a clear, build-ready direction. Right now the building type, style and sustainability targets are still open for discussion—I’d like your professional input to refine all of that before we lock anything in.

Here’s what I’m hoping to receive from you:
• A concise written concept outline that captures use, massing, and stylistic approach
• Preliminary floor plans and elevations drawn to scale
• One or two perspective renderings (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) so I can visualise the scheme
• A brief note on materials and any code or zoning issues that should shape the next phase

I’ll provide site dimensions, local regulations and reference images as soon as we start. Please let me know how you prefer to collaborate, the software you’ll use, and how many iterations your proposal includes.
