Architectural Building Rendering for Marketing

We are seeking an experienced freelance Architectural Product Renderer for a year-long engagement. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality 3D renders for architectural products using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Maya. This is a remote position with monthly payments.

Project Duration: 12 months
Payment: Monthly
Engagement: Individual freelancers only (no agencies)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in architectural/product rendering
Tools: Proficiency with SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Maya
Application Process
Test Project:
Shortlisted candidates must complete a test assignment (provided via attachment or brief) within 6 hours of receiving instructions.
File Delivery:
Final files must be shared with our team in the requested formats.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality, photorealistic renders of architectural products according to supplied briefs and reference materials
Adhere to tight deadlines, including short turnaround test projects
Communicate progress and deliver source files as required
Candidate Requirements
Independent professional (not representing an agency)
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with product or architectural rendering
Proven skills in SketchUp, 3ds Max, and/or Maya
Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver under time constraints
Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant previous work
