Analytical Diagrams for ETSAC Building

Title: Architectural Graphic Analysis - ETSAC School (A Coruña)
Project Description:
I need a comprehensive graphic analysis of the ETSAC building (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de A Coruña). I will provide the complete SketchUp model (.skp) and my preliminary research notes.
The goal is to produce a set of analytical boards/diagrams that break down the building following these four specific areas:
Topological & Contextual: Relationship with the campus topography, access points, and integration with the surrounding environment.
Functional & Typological: Zoning of the program (studios, library, lecture halls) and horizontal/vertical circulation diagrams.
Tectonic & Structural: Analysis of the reinforced concrete grid, the structural skeleton, and the facade/skin system.
Formal & Geometric: Study of the modular grid, proportions, and the geometric logic of the floor plan.
What I need from you:
Export clean 2D/3D views from my SketchUp model (Axonometrics, Sections, Plans).
Create clear, professional analytical diagrams (using arrows, color-coding, and overlays) in Illustrator or Photoshop.
Organize the provided technical text into a clean, academic layout.
Key Requirements:
The style must be diagrammatic and architectural (minimalist but precise).
Must understand architectural terminology (zoning, structure, modules).
Important: Since the 3D model is already finished, I am looking for a freelancer who can focus specifically on the graphic analysis and layout.
