Wyndham Hotel Renovation: Design Team Needed
Budget: $10 – $25 USD
Multi-Discipline Design Team for Wyndham Hotel Renovation (Phases II–IV) Location: Remote with occasional site visits to Franklin County, MO Contract Duration: 4–6 months Pay Rate: $28–$35/hr (paid bi-weekly)
We’re seeking individual freelancers or small teams to fill one or more of the following roles and deliver Stage II through Stage IV drawings for a Wyndham-branded hotel renovation in Franklin County, Missouri. All work must comply with the 2018 IBC Missouri Amendments and Franklin County permit requirements.
Open Roles & Key Deliverables
Architectural Designer • Stage II (60% DD): detailed floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, enlarged lobby/guestroom plans • Stage III (90% CDs): fully coordinated architectural set including door schedules, finish legends, and details • Stage IV (100% Record): integrate AHJ and Wyndham comments into a final record set
Interior Designer (Hospitality) • Stage II: refine FF&E layouts, material boards, enlarged amenity and guestroom plans • Stage III: coordinate final millwork, lighting, and finish details into the CD set • Stage IV: update record documents with all review comments
MEP Engineer • Stage II: schematic HVAC, plumbing, electrical layouts • Stage III: detailed MEP coordination drawings for permit submittal • Stage IV: revise record MEP documents per agency bulletins
Civil Site Planner • Stage II: development of civil site plan—building footprint, parking, drive aisles, walkways, dumpster locations • Stage III & IV: coordinate civil disciplines into permit and record documents
CAD/BIM Technician • Model setup and multi-discipline coordination in Revit/CAD • Generation of plan sheets, legends, and schedules for all phases
Project Coordinator • Manage document control, QA/QC checks, and drawing transmittals • Track AHJ/Wyndham comment logs and ensure on-time resubmittals
Qualifications
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial or hospitality design • Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD (depending on role) • Strong grasp of Missouri Amendments to the IBC and Franklin County code • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail • Ability to hit tight deadlines and collaborate with a dispersed team
