Description:
We are looking for an architect/structural designer to design a worker accommodation building with the following requirements:
Capacity & Layout:
Total capacity: 100 workers.
50 families – each family to be provided a Single BHK unit.
50 single workers – each to be provided a Single BHK unit (or compact equivalent).
Building Size:
4 floors in total.
Each floor area: approx. 10,000 sqft.
Total built-up area: approx. 40,000 sqft.
Amenities:
Dining hall and kitchen to serve 50 people at a time.
Proper circulation, staircase, and lift provision.
Washroom facilities as per standard design norms.
Basic storage and utility areas.
Deliverables:
Architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Structural design and drawings.
Preferred Standards:
Design should comply with local building codes and safety norms.
Practical, cost-effective, and low-maintenance materials.
Estimated timeline and cost for delivering the complete design package.
