Wisconsin Architect for Ice Cream Room

Job ID: 39926742

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m ready to convert a 12 ft × 12 ft section of my store’s basement into a fully compliant ice-cream making room and must present a sealed drawing set to the City of Milwaukee. I already have very basic layout plans, but nothing beyond walls and dimensions, so I need a Wisconsin-licensed architect to take the project from that skeletal start all the way through permit approval.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Visit the site, verify existing conditions, and reconcile my basic layout with what you observe in the field.
• Develop complete construction documents—architectural, structural, MEP, health-code surfaces, ventilation, drains—ready for plan examiners. Drawings should be created in AutoCAD or Revit (your call) and stamped for Wisconsin.
• Package and submit the permit application to the City of Milwaukee, responding to any comments until approval is granted.

I’ll supply access to the basement, the current sketch, equipment cut-sheets, and any health-department notes I already have. In return, I need a digital PDF set for submission, two printed sets for the counter, and the CAD/Revit source files at close-out.

Schedule is flexible but sooner is better; let me know your earliest site-visit availability and estimated timeline to deliver the sealed set.
