Whole-House Renovation Plans Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m preparing for a complete renovation of my single-family home in Solano County, California, and I need a full set of permit-ready architectural plans to move forward with county review and to give clear direction to my contractors.
The scope covers the entire house—kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, everything—so I’ll rely on you to capture existing conditions and develop the proposed layout in line with California Building Code and any local amendments that Solano County enforces. Familiarity with county submittal requirements will be a big advantage.
Deliverables (all in PDF plus editable CAD/Revit format):
• Existing and proposed floor plans
• Demolition plan
• Roof, ceiling, and foundation plans (as required for permit)
• Exterior elevations and building sections
• Door, window, and finish schedules
• Code analysis sheet and general notes
• Title block with project data and revision log
I’ll provide current measurements, photos, and any prior drawings I have. If you need additional site information, let me know early so we can arrange it.
Acceptance criteria: the final package must be complete enough for Solano County plan-check submittal, coordinate properly across sheets, and be delivered within the agreed timeline.
If you have recent experience getting residential plans approved in this county, please mention it when you respond.
