Wet-Stamped Cow Shed Structural Drawings

Job ID: 40588794

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a licensed structural engineer to prepare and wet-stamp complete construction drawings for a 30' × 50' × 12' cow shed built from galvanized steel tube framing. The generic supplier plans I have on hand are already rated for 140 mph wind loads, but the county will only accept site-specific, engineer-sealed documents.

Scope
• Turn the existing generic layout into permit-ready structural drawings that satisfy current IBC and local codes.
• Show all member sizes, connection details, foundation/slab design, bracing, and fastening schedules suitable for galvanized steel.
• Confirm the 140 mph design wind speed (or advise if a different value is required for code compliance) and document all load calculations.
• Provide signed, wet-stamped sheets in PDF for electronic submission plus two mailed hard copies.

Acceptance
Drawings must be clear enough for the building department to issue a permit without revision requests and for a contractor to build directly from them.

Please include your state of licensure and turnaround time when you respond.
