Water stream diversion

I'm looking for someone to help me divert a water stream in order to build a house on the land. The purpose of the diversion is to be able to build a dwelling and I have specific requirements for the process. The area of the water diversion taking place is 30ft by 80ft. The methodology should be efficient and effective, in order to ensure we get exactly what we are looking for. Previous experience in a similar project would be an advantage.
