Warehouse Architecture Design

Job ID: 40050364

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I’m ready to move forward with the full architectural design of an industrial-grade warehouse that will be used strictly for storage. I have the site selected and a preliminary capacity target; now I need an architect who can translate those requirements into a practical, code-compliant set of drawings and models that optimise space, workflow, and long-term operating costs.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Conceptual site and floor plans showing racking layout, loading bays, and circulation paths
• Detailed architectural drawings (GA plans, elevations, sections) ready for structural and MEP coordination
• A 3D model (Revit or similar) to visualise clear heights, material handling equipment clearance, and façade treatment
• Compliance notes addressing local building codes, fire-safety, and accessibility standards
• A basic bill of materials together with finish and fixture schedules

Please include examples of comparable industrial projects—warehouses in particular—and outline the software you prefer to use. I’ll share survey data and any existing site constraints once we start.
