WAREHOUSE DESIGN & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER NEEDED

WAREHOUSE DESIGN & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER NEEDED – MONROVIA, LIBERIA

I am seeking an experienced Architect and/or Structural Engineer to design a logistics warehouse development in Monrovia, Liberia.

PROJECT DETAILS:

- 2-acre site
- 4 warehouses
- Each warehouse: 100 ft × 150 ft (15,000 sq ft)
- Clear span preferred (no interior columns)
- Target height: ~28–30 ft

SCOPE OF WORK:

- Site layout (4 warehouses + central truck yard)
- Architectural design (plans, elevations)
- Structural design (foundation, columns, trusses, slab)
- Recommendations for cost-effective construction methods
- Materials suitable for tropical climate (heat, rain)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with warehouse or industrial buildings
- Ability to design clear-span structures
- Structural engineering knowledge (required)
- Familiarity with concrete + steel hybrid systems preferred

DELIVERABLES:

- Full drawing set (architectural + structural)
- Foundation details
- Column and truss specifications
- Construction-ready plans
