Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need permit plans for a partial exterior remodel to transform the front of my house into a Victorian-style bungalow.
Requirements:
- Structural changes to the facade including a bay window
- Use of wooden siding as a specific material
- Detailed framing plans for three wall sections and a new 12/12 pitch roof
* I already have detailed plans, just need them in professional form for the permitting process in San Antonio, Texas
