Verandah Approval Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a detailed verandah plan to submit to the local council for an existing structure that was built without approval. The verandah is 2300mm high and wraps around one side of the house in an L-shape.
Requirements include:
- Structural details
- Material specifications
- Compliance with local building codes
Verandah dimensions:
- 3600mm from eave to verandah gutter
- 11,400mm on one side
- 13,600mm on the other
The structure is attached to timber posts and steel brackets bolted to a concrete walkway, with an iron roof and fibro ceiling.
I need the final plan in both digital (PDF/DWG) and printed formats.
