Vastu-Compliant Double-Story House Design

I am looking to hire a skilled freelance architect to design a Vastu-compliant double-story house. The total built-up area will be around tentative for now is 2500 sq. ft. (groundfloor), and I will provide a Google satellite image of the property to guide plot size and orientation. The design must follow traditional Vastu principles, ensuring correct placement of rooms, kitchen, toilets, entrances, and staircase. I want a home that is open, filled with natural daylight, and well-ventilated, with features like a verandah, spacious living/dining areas, 3-4 bedrooms, a puja room, a balcony, and a car parking area, etc. The style should blend modern architecture. Deliverables will include the site layout plan, detailed architectural plans for both floors, a Vastu-compliant layout, and preferably a basic 3D rendering. Experience with Indian residential design and Vastu is a must. Timely communication and milestone-based updates are expected, with project completion ideally within 2–3 weeks.
