Vancouver Permit Forms B & CB

I need a Registered Professional—architect or engineer—licensed to practise in British Columbia to keep my commercial permit moving with the City of Vancouver. My previous engineer has retired, so the only outstanding items are:

• Completing and stamping City of Vancouver Form B and Form CB
• Signing off on a handful of very minor drawing tweaks that we can review together in my office (all plans are already code-compliant)

I will handle the submission to the City; your role is to review, make any small red-line adjustments we identify, and place your seal on the updated sheets and both forms.

Familiarity with the Vancouver Building By-law and recent permit processes is essential so the city accepts the paperwork without delay. A quick turnaround—ideally within one week of appointment—will help me stay on schedule.
