Update Walls in ADU Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already have a full set of ADU drawings and now need a focused update on the walls. The task is limited to adding wall legend/details and draw across section of wall framimg/ partitions some with new windows and/or doors; no foundation or roof work is required.
What you’ll do
• Review the current CAD files I provide (DWG).
• check the drawings for missing framing and wall details and add them, to ensure structural integrity and code compliance for the City of Fontana California USA.
• Deliver one revised plan set in both editable CAD and print-ready PDF formats.
I’m looking for a quick, accurate turnaround. Familiarity with residential codes and experience in small-scale structural edits will make this straightforward.
